Have you ever wondered whether your emails had served their purpose? Do you often wait for the reply without knowing if the recipients have read the emails? While Polymail can’t tell you when you will get an answer, at least it can tell you when your emails are read using the “email tracking” feature. Other than the usual features that you can expect from any email client, Polymail comes with several tricks up in its sleeve that will help you take your email management to the next level. It means that you can manage all of your emails from one place. Polymail will sync with your email providers and display everything in a unified inbox with folders for each account. To add a new account go to the “Preferences -> Accounts” menu, and click the “Add Account” button. Polymail currently supports GMail, iCloud, Microsoft mail service (Office 365 and Outlook), and other IMAP accounts. The next step is to add your email account(s). If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.

The purpose is to enable special features and to sync all of your PolyMail clients across devices. The first thing that you need to do is to set up a PolyMail account using your email address.

The app is free and available for both the Mac desktop and the iOS mobile platform. You can view your Polymail calendar by clicking the blue "View Polymail calendar page" that now appears in the top right.While I believe that there is no such thing as the perfect email client, PolyMail might be one of the few that goes in the right direction. Once you've finished configuring your calendar settings, click the blue Save button in the top right corner. This option will automatically block out any time that you've already committed elsewhere. Want to make sure you're not over-committing? Polymail can automatically check your calendars before letting people book time slots that have already been taken. I can choose whether I want new events booked to my personal work calendar or my company's work calendar. For example, I have two calendars synced. With this option, you can select which of your synced calendars new events will be scheduled to. Polymail automatically pulls your calendars from the email addresses you've synced to your Polymail account. If you have any existing event within the buffer window, we won't allow that time to be bookable! You can specify a buffer time for your Meeting Availabilities. If the person booking needs more than 1 hour, they can book multiple slots. We have a minimum length of 20 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour. Here you can choose how long your time slots are. You can also specify your location to prevent confusion over time zones. Any times outside of the slots you specify here will not be available to select by the person viewing and booking from your Polymail calendar. You can specify which days and which hours of the day you are available to meet.
If this is online, you can give them a heads up with something like "Google Hangouts" or "Skype," etc. If you're meeting in person, you can specify your office or meeting place. This will let the person booking your meeting know where your event will be or how it will take place. This will appear on both your calendar and that of the person booking the event. meeting," "Conference," "Skype chat," etc. For example, you could title them "30 min. If you are a Team or Enterprise user, you can disable Polymail branding on your Polymail calendar. If you need to copy your URL in the future, you can click the Copy URL button in blue to the right of your calendar link. Once you've set your Polymail calendar link, you will want to save that change by clicking the blue Save button in the top right corner.
